Our aim is to offer a variety of methods for you to reconnect to and enjoy being who you are. Here are some of the ways we can do so on an individual basis for those who prefer individual attention and support.

Spiritual Mentoring

This is a one-to-one session with Helen to open up your energy field and to understand the hidden conflicts within yourself.

Soul Centred Astrology

Helen is available to prepare Esoteric Astrology charts for personal readings, business or relationship matters and for many other areas where clarification is needed.

Channelling

This is a one hour opportunity to talk with John about things specific to yourself or your life.

Group Sessions

This is a fun and interesting way to connect to John and his teachings. It is available for groups of six or more people and is not open to the public.
