This is a one-to-one session with Helen to open up your energy field and to understand the hidden conflicts within yourself.
Helen brings her 30 years of experience and wisdom to this one-to-one in which you are encouraged and assisted to understand any hidden conflicts within yourself, which may lead to disease or unhappiness or simply block your spiritual journey. You are gently guided to find your own understanding and discover your own solutions, enabling you to feel in control of your life and at peace with yourself. Through intuitive guidance you are then enabled to create a happier and more fulfilling life plan.
For those who feel stuck on their journey the answers are often simple. I will provide a simple and effective technique that can be used regularly in the future to ensure you remain on track. Please be prepared to be open and honest with yourself if you wish to derive the greatest benefit from this.

Each session is one hour. I recommend an initial set of 3 sessions to enable clarity. Sessions can be booked individually or as a block. Cost $175.00 per one hour session.
