We always have choices about how to live our lives - and often get into a way of thinking that means we repeat again and again - and get frustrated about it.
What if someone asked you a question that made you stop and think, rather than a negative event that triggered your emotions? What if you actually stopped each morning and asked yourself that question? If you recorded your answers in your journal so that you could see how your life opened up and changed gently as a result?
I am posing a question you might wish to ask yourself. This is not about possessions. It is about your greatest asset - YOU.
If your life was how you truly wished it to be, who would you be within it?
